The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shaftesbury Capital PLC was held on Thursday, 14 May 2026 at 11.30 am (London time) at the London offices of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP, Exchange House, Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EG, United Kingdom.
Full details of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting are contained in the Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting which can be downloaded below. Please note that, as announced on 22 April 2026, Ruth Anderson stepped down as a Non-executive Director and the Audit Committee Chair at the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, the resolution to re-elect Ruth as a Director of the Company (being resolution 10) at the 2026 AGM was withdrawn.
